Do you sometimes forget how to give yourself a T shot? Is there someone you love getting started on their medical transition? Do you just like supporting me and want to download something I made? Look no further.

This is a one-page zine on how to give yourself a HRT shot. The process is split into 4 steps that you can follow along with, or consult when you forget a step.

The zine is printed on the front and back of a single sheet of paper and is only in black and white (no greys) so it's easy on your printer. Orienting the page right in your printer is your own burden. There is also a 7 page PDF included so you can view the zine as intended if you're unable to print it out.
